Our Principal and Director.

Evelyn was admitted as a lawyer in Queensland prior to moving to Victoria.

With over 10 years of experience in law, Evelyn brings invaluable experience and expertise to the team in property matters, family law, wills and estate planning law and general law.

Evelyn has been involved in complex property and commercial matters which includes negotiation of development projects, commercial leasing, drafting building agreements and Contracts, setting up family trusts and partnerships, division of assets under family law separation and providing legal advice to high net-worth individuals and entities.

The depth of her legal and financial knowledge, combined with her dedication to assisting clients are evident through multitudinous positive reviews from her clients. Evelyn strives to make a positive difference for those who are disempowered and to advocate on behalf of people who needs and deserves to be heard and be respected.

Evelyn speaks English, Malay, Hokkien and Mandarin, catering to clients of different nationality. Outside of work, Evelyn is enthusiastic about shares trading, property development and spending time with her two alsatians.

Qualifications & Memberships

• Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Law.
• Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and now Victoria.
• Member of the Law Institute of Victoria
• Member of Victorian Women’s Lawyers
